DESIGN

We have a specialized external team for the design service. Working closely with dedicated and experienced talent, we transform ideas into tangible, innovative products. Combining all internal and external know-how, we are committed to offering exceptional design solutions ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics and ergonomics.

PROTOTYPES AND MOLDS

We create models and technical drawings with the best technologies, allowing the customer to try our products before production. We manufacture molds using advanced compression and injection techniques.

MIXING

We have qualified technicians to guarantee quality control throughout the rubber formulation process.
From the initial processing of carefully selected raw materials to the mixing stage with custom additives, we employ processes such as Bambury and Open Mixer to ensure precise, high-quality results.

MANUFACTURE AND PRODUCTION

We use injection and compression methods to mold our rubber soles. The entire production flow is meticulously monitored using specialized software, allowing continuous monitoring of each phase of the process.

FINISHES

We enter the finishing stage. This phase includes burr cutting, quality control and product packaging. Our focus is on ensuring that each item meets the highest standards before it reaches the hands of our customers. From disposal of surplus material to meticulous quality checking and packaging, each step is carried out with precision and care to ensure excellence in every product we offer.

RECYCLING

Reducing waste is fundamental to our sustainable approach. We implement technologies that reduce waste by up to 15%, promoting a circular economy.

We reuse materials, incorporating waste and production surpluses. We develop shoe soles with different raw materials and formulations adapted to each project, maintaining our commitment to sustainability.
